Who We Are:
Why The Uke:
The ukulele is the happiest, most accessible, and easiest string instrument to learn. Also, ukulele is the perfect sing along instrument . Simply put the ukulele is fun to play!
The GCEA, C-standard tuning, allows a ukulele player to play the most chords with the least number of fingers required to hold a chord. The ukulele is small and easy to hold. Thus, it is ideal for new players of all ages. Also, the ukulele is comparatively an inexpensive string instruments to buy.

Our Mission:
Come to our meetings and see how easy and fun it is to play the ukulele! If you don't yet have a uke, we have few ukuleles to loan.
Whether you have been strumming for years, or just interested in learning to play the uke, come to one of our meetings or send us an email outlining your ukulele experience and other skills that might contribute to the advancement of this club.
Membership and attendance at gatherings are free, (voluntary "pass the hat" donations are appreciated), and beginners are welcome.
